What!!! I tried to ask last spring with a response of no. If they said yes to you I'd call you a lucky sun of a beep. I think Haz is speaking about someone specific from somewhere specific getting one and he had some good reasoning. I bet nobody in the US is getting one that way. |

As cool as that would be, I'm pretty sure that Deep said that they have no intentions on making them available online, and that they will remain a con exclusive. |

One of my friends emailed and asked, at that time one was in store and they were willing to sell. He even requested and Emerald set up with a white illuminated switch and they built it for him. He's Canadian like me, he was so nice about it they had to sell him one, lol.

Darth Veilus, I am curious as to the issues you mention with the Mantis. I'm looking at possibly purchasing one and would like to know if there are some things I should consider or watch out for.
The body is bulking while the rest of the hilt is slender, turning the shroud to change the Covertec Wheel is a pain, and the Neck is SHARP! There are lots of reports of people cutting themselves while using it. I had one and thought "oh well they probably just had bad lucm with theirs" nope cut my fingers up to. |
