Mantis/Dark War Glave

I purchased a silver Mantis, with the claw emitter and Sunrider’s Destiny for myself, and a RGB Dark War Glave, with silver claws for my wife. Both the sabers showcase impressive size, color, sound and feel. Our first sabers and we’re hooked. Smaller people, and those lacking upper body strength may find the Mantis difficult to wield. Also it is so perfectly machined that parts of the hilt are almost sharp. I’m a 30+ year martial art practitioner, for me the saber is perfectly weighted and suited for duels/battles. I would purchase the Mantis again for myself.

My wife’s Dark War Glave is a very smooth hilt. Being a RGB model with 4 buttons, she grips it, right hand about the buttons, left hand below - sort of a kendo grip. It’s grwat fun switching through all the different colours on her saber, and the length of the hilt easily allows room for all 4 buttons without negatively affecting the grip.

Two clawed Sabers huh?    Not too into the Mantis but I like the flow, feel and look of the Warglaive models. Congrats on some powerful and intimidating weapons!

I purchased both emitters for the Mantis. I think I prefer the claws, but am happy to have both.

I bought both emitters for my Dark Mantis, too, and prefer the clawed version.  I love the War Glaive Emitter on the Archon and the Consular (without the shroud).
