Set to work on my belt. I will be doing a tutorial of this construction. It isn’t perfect, but I think it will do the job. This is for a Darth Nihilus costume that I will be using this Halloween and to get into the local 501st, so it needs to close in the back, but it can be easily adapted to front close with a different buckle. About $30-$35 in parts. Still need to slick the edges of the outer belt, but this is pretty much how it will look. Sorry for how dirty the mirror is in the last shot.

Seriously, great job^^  I had to buy my cosplay belt and the ONLY major difference is that mine has a canon buckle.  You should pat yourself on the back for your efforts  Smiley
