Just so we don't clog up other threads lets place out Theories here.
Here's mine. First, I think we will see Kylo leave the first order.
Rey was part of the First Order trooper program, when she showed Force sensitivity someone got her away from Snoke and possibly altered her memories. Perhaps she HASN"T been on Jakku since childhood, only believed she had. Her whole 'Gotta get back to Jakku" rings of that. Similar to Mara Jade's "Got to Kill Skywalker" thought implant. Snoke brings out those memories in their confrontation. In shame and confusion she leaves the Resistance and Luke. Finding Kylo they go off together to figure out where they stand.

After seeing the new trailer I've started formulating some decent theories. (I promise to be nice.) I'm getting a sense that Finn's programming is going to kick after he wakes up and it's going to go into over drive. Those scenes with him look almost as though he is taking on a leadership role within the FO. The scene with fighting Phasma I think is going to be more for establishing dominance within the ranks. I think Luke is going to die. And it's painted that Leia is definitely going to die. But Ren kills all of his family, I think he is going to fail in his journey to the Dark Side. In this Rey joins him in order for him to finish her training, which sets the story of the 3rd movie to be Rey and Ben taking on the FO and destroying Snoke. Ushering in a new era of true balance in the Force. |

Interesting theory Darth Tepes.
Logos, I was thinking something similar with the Rey/Kylo storyline.
I think that Snoke will really try to tempt Rey before that and will do something to cause Kylo to turn/leave. I am leaning towards Snoke trying to kill Kylo for his inability to master his emotions over the murder of his family and when a better option is available go with that. Rey will be abandoned by Luke and tempted by Snoke and train with Kylo.

Interesting, Although I'm pretty sure Finn is merely in disguise to infiltrate the FO, going by the face Rose (a new resistance character) is disguised with him. I also think Luke was 'supposed" to die considering the filmmakers said Leia was supposed to be a major player in Ep.9 but now Of course Leia has to be written out somehow. Intersting that as different as our theories are they both end with Kylo and Rey joining forces |

Your Kylo/Rey theory is good Logos, and actually seems fairly realistic, but I think the Finn part is closer to what Tepes said.

Luke turns to the Dark Side to attempt to gain power for himself in order to destroy Snoke. Luke's redemption is Rey, who kills Luke. Kylo redeems himself in all of this by killing himself. Snoke was basically a Dark Side wielder waiting to return after The Emperor's time.

I don't exactly know who or what they are, but they are an important part of the Force. When Lucas was originally making the movies, he wanted them to be narrated almost by some powerful Force beings called the Whills. I am not positive about this last part, but the first time I started hearing anything about them was after I watched the TCW arc with Yoda when he is getting more training from the 6 creepy emotion ladies, I'm not positive, but after watching that, I thought that they might be the Whills. Also, it is rumored that the book that we see Rey touching in the first trailer is "The Book of Whills". |
