What is the Size & Thread of Archon 3 Emitter?

Recently I had a far-fetched idea of taking an emitter assembly from an Archon 3 and putting on an FX body. Essentially, the plan would be to take an FX lightsaber (either a Luke ROTJ or Obi-Wan), cut the fat neck off where it meets the body, then use a thread tap to tap the threads to accept the thin-necked emitter assembly of the Archon 3. This sounds daunting at first but I just want to know if it is possible.

In order to know that, does anyone know the thread and size of the male threaded part of the Archon 3 emitter from ultrasabers? They mentioned I take it to the forum for some guidance and I would be super surprised and happy if someone had already went down this path.
