Obsidian Launcher Question

So I don't have my own personal computer and I'm going to order a saber with sound soon.  I was thinking of buying something like a Chrome book laptop but I wasn't sure if the Chrome OS would allow me to download the obsidian launcher.  Does anyone know if that will work?

Chromebook is basically a portable web browser platform and little else, from what I recall.

The Launcher is designed to work under Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 or Apple MacOS 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 10.12, 10. 13 operating systems, so make sure your computer runs one of the above mentioned operating systems.
