Hey Ultrasabers Team and Community!
I recently purchased a saber with the new Diamond Controller to find that the volume modifications made within the configuration utility had no effect on the output sound of the board. Modifying the sounds in audacity, has no effect either.
Doing some research on the forums here, it looks like this has been a problem for the past six months at least. There is a topic from April of 2017 where the US Team Rep response was that they were aware of the bug and it would be fixed in the next update.
However, it has been over six months and multiple updates later with seemingly no more results. I was wondering if this is still a widespread problem, and if so, when it is planned to be addressed by.
I'd greatly appreciate any information anyone can provide.
