Personally I see them both as action movies as to me a Christmas film is something you would only watch at Christmas, whereas these two I watch all the time, but if we're calling Die Hard a Christmas film (as most do) on the grounds that it takes place at Christmas, then isn't Lethal Weapon just as worthy of that title? Just a thought I had. If there's some reason why Die Hard is and Lethal Weapon isn't I'd love to hear it  |

A case can be made for both movies to be Christmas movies. I guess you can throw Gremlins in there also.  |
