Hi all!

This is the place where it all started for me so many years ago. I vividly remember tackling the TPLA Shii-Cho dulon and the responses of the Masters that set me on the path I have been following until now.

It has become a kind of tradition for me to get out in the last light of the year to do some dulon practice. Here it is: dulons of TPLA forms 1-4. Enjoy!

I absolutely love how you switched colors for each Form, that's something I've wanted to do in a video for quite some time!  I'm going to pretend you went with green for Makashi because of me, btw
