Hi! I was wondering if anyone has both of these sabers (Prophecy and Emperor's Hand) that would be willing to do a size comparison picture of them, specifically as to how they would look coupled as a staff. I have a Diamond EH that I am looking for a staff companion for, but don't want to get an identical saber. I'll be custom making my own shrouded MHS emitter for the EH so I'm not too worried about mismatch on that end, just towards the pommel size. Thanks in advance!

Those sabers are MASSIVELY different sizes. The Prophecy is a smaller hilt, the EH is huge.

Right up my alley... ...here you go EvilOttoJr: ...and as a staff: Not bad. Thanks! And that custom Prophecy is awesome! I did actually manage to run into someone with a Prophecy at a Rebel Legion booth at a convention and was able to directly compare them, but this picture serves as a fantastic reference as well. Definitely a huge difference, but frankly it doesn't bother me. Looks like my next order will indeed be a Diamond Prophecy and a QD coupler! Out of curiosity, what did you use to paint the flutes on that Prophecy? |

Out of curiosity, what did you use to paint the flutes on that Prophecy?
I used "gun metal" Testors enamel model paint and spray clear coat. My first venture into anything along the customization route. It wasn't tough. |

Yeah, the EH is VERY big; though the middle section is pretty normal size, the grip is 1.75" in diameter, and the emitter is over 2" with the fins. About a third the weight of the saber is in that emitter alone. Fortunately, none of this makes it uncomfortable to wield, and since the emitter is MHS compatible I've planned on switching it out to a custom-machined one since before I got mine.
