I received my Consular saber a few days ago and absolutely love it, except for the Covertec wheel placement. It's a real pain in the palm. I know I can remove it, but I'm wondering if anyone has, and if so, what did you use to replace it? I don't really have a need for it to hang on a belt at this time, as I don't do any cosplay. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks

8-32 button head hex screw, 1/8" should be fine as just a filler.  You can order it from TCSS.

You can add a D ring to the pommel if you ever want to hang it on your belt without a covertec wheel messing with your palms

Most sabers you can just remove it and not even worry about it, but in the Consular it helps build the shroud on. But as mentioned above that should do the trick.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Went to Lowe's today and no luck on finding what I needed. Don't want to pay $9 shipping on a $.32 screw, haha. Again, thanks!

TCSS has cheaper shipping you just have to pick it. Their check out isn't the greatest to figure out.
