I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio and looking for a group to train with in the Cincinnati or Tri State area.

If you are on Facebook, there is a Jedi Council Ohio group, which could be a good start point.  I think Saber Legion has some people in the Cincy area as well.  If you get up to Colerain, stop in at Sci-Fi City comics, I know some of the people that work there are in touch with some saber folks in the Cincy area.  I just left the Cincy area a few months ago.
