I ordered saber on 06/18 and received it roughly a week later missing items (screws, wrench), and LED which should be pink has turned red and is flickering off. Can someone please contact me about this? I emailed info and shipping on Sunday and have yet to receive a response.

this is not a customer service forum. No UltraSabers employees monitor this site; it’s strictly a bunch of UltraSabers customers hanging out, enjoying our hobby and learning about that, about each other, and about how other folks enjoy our hobby.
All we can do is advise you to do is keep emailing
info@ultrasabers.com about the missing parts (include your order number and MISSING PARTS in the subject line, perhaps), and post a separate question about the blade color in the tech support portion of this forum. Before you do that, though, I’d check the batteries and make sure they’re either fresh (if alkaline) or fully-charged (if lithium-ion), and be sure to use the same kind of batteries that are in the saber currently.
