Long story short, my tracking number said my MB would arrive at my door today. 8pm passed with no US goodness, looked at the shipping updates and said the package was at a Houston distribution center. Any idea on how the expected delivery was so off? Any idea on who to talk to? Been in transit since the 27th

Get in touch with customer service for whichever carrier is delivering (FedEx, USPS, UPS...), sounds like they are having an issue of some kind.

Mine has been in transit since the 29th, saying it would arrive today sometime. But last night I got a update saying that it arrived in Houston. I live in Ohio. I had become discouraged that it would actually be arriving today. I shall wait and see. But after reading your situation I pretty much have no hope. If it doesn't arrive today USPS will be getting an e-mail. Hopefully we both somehow get ours today!

Several of us have come across delays with USPS. It is supposed to be a 2-Day Priority. Mine came 5 days after the original expected date. Many of the packages are routed through North Houston facility. Mine went in and out fairly fast but got stuck in Atlanta for a few days for who knows why.

I'm in the same boat. Saber shipped on Monday and was supposed to be to me by yesterday. At 8 pm I got an email saying it just got to Houston. This is not an Ultrasaber issue it is a usps issue. I spent a lot of time on their website last night and had no luck getting answers as to why it took 2 days to get 30 min. All I can say is maybe by tomorrow and wouldn't that be a great birthday present for me. Still bummed it wasn't yesterday, but what can you do.

Wow that is exactly what happened to me. I checked this morning to track it, and now I don't even have an estimated delivery date. I have a bad feeling about this... |

I tried today, the hold line was an hour long. What number did you use? Mine officially has been delayed and no longer has an expected delivery date. I've seen this a couple times now. |

I have had packages delivered from USPS that had no updates at all.
On a side note..Does US ship signature required with USPS and is there a way to presign like with FedEx

Whatever customer service number I got from the website. It's been a few months since I had to do it. Sadly, patience is going to be the key to getting through their holds... |
