Ven Zallow, Kao Cen Darach, and a bunch of other old republic Jedi wore that armor and I really like it, but I don't know what it's called.

It doesn't have a name specifically.  I just called it standard Jedi combat armor.

If you visit http://www.swtor-spy.com/item-db2/Adaptive_Armor/ and you do a search for Valiant Jedi, or Jedi Battlelord's (the orange results), or Guardian's Birthright, you will find three armors that look close to the same and are the set that I believe you are looking for.  It's the armor that many Jedi wore into battle.
