One more in the family  Let me introduce my new saber: a one blade battle staff made with an Aeon V2 with a 32" UEHG blade in CG and an Aeon empty hilt ...  It completes my collection and here comes a pictures with my saber and the corresponding weapon (from the MA i practice) The long staff and my Yari Sentinel, the federal staff and my Aeon staff, and, the cane and my Aeon  I just have to found the best way to fill the switch hole of the empty hilt ... |

Just press fit an unwired switch into the hole wrapping tightly with electrical tape, makes a nice tight fit that doesn't move around, and you can score some nice flat ones...

I don't mean wrap the tape around the whole hilt. Just the switch post. Just wanted to make sure you got that. That's the "Lord C" method of doing switches. |
