I personally find the Sentinel V4 is far superior to wield than my Aeon V4, Dominix V4 or any other saber I have ever held. I think I want another one to make a staff.
While I haven't actually wielded a Sentinel, I have wielded the Apprentice, and I would recommend getting two Apprentices to make a staff rather than two Sentinels. The hilt will be a bit shorter that way, but still maintain the comfort of the Sentinel. |

Well....maybe i’ll check out both and get back to you😜 both with 24” blades, though. For now my first experience with any staff work has been with two V2 dominixes...dominix’s?..dominii?! Anywho, i digress- two 32” blades were too long and too heavy for my first shot with it. Definitely going for 24" blades if I put together a staff. That snow seems like a pain in the A$$. |

2 weeks out from the first official open house/ sign-up for the Shawano Saber Academy🤙🏻. My FB posts are generating a lot of shares, and reaching a good pile of people( my mission statement/basic class layout has reached over 800 people!) but i have NO idea what will happen at 4:00 on May the 4th😬. Not to mention what will happen in the following weeks....so here i am with high hopes, fingers crossed, and a small pile of sabers to play with in the meantime😁

Thanks again for the support to everyone at US and the forums!🤙🏻. One week and 5 hours from now, a thing that began as a concept in January is about to become a reality!
I’m a good mix of “ooooooh crap” and “hellz to the yeah!!” with a smaaaaall slice of “bam. Got this so locked down”. Just a few more touches to the studio, got my fancy business cards, and final preps for the grand opening....and then it’s on like Donkey Kong!🤘🏻😁

Tomorrow’s the day! First open house and the official launch of Shawano Saber Academy😁 fairly equal parts nerves, excitement, and resolve at this point🤙🏻 Thanks again for everyone keeping tabs! Unfortunately the Turnout was just a few supporters and a couple interested folks, but i still had fun and made the best of an overall slow night🤙🏻 the best part was when my niece(5 years old) wanted me to show her some moves so she could figure some out😁 No real pics of people, but here’s the updated interior!
