9-1-1!!! A few days ago, my dark initiate saber stopped making sounds. i have the obsidian v4 sound board. after opening up the hilt and inspecting the speaker, i noticed a small gap around the speaker membrane. an ultra saber customer rep says i need to send it in for repairs. i have a comicon convention soon. and i really need my saber to WORK WITH SOUND. does anyone know a way i can fix the issue myself without sending it back for repairs? please help

Hey there mace starkiller,

A couple of things to check before freakin' are that your batteries are indeed fully charged (sounds silly, but it's so common), and, since it's a V4 board, that it's not on the "mute" channel.

The sound goes first when batteries start to go, and pressing and holding your ignition button will get you into the font selection menu.

If those aren't them, yeah - pics like LK said...
