Reset Factory Defaults- still cannot access On Saber Menu

Hey guys,
Finally got the Ultrasabers Launcher to recognize my saber, update my firmware (243) and edit the default font. I still can’t Access the On Saber Font selection menu, though. So, quick question:

1) Which way is the correct way to access it? The Stab moton while holding the button down per the PDF OR the version shown in the video where you hold the button and do the 2 quick clockwise turns?

2) Should I reset and reload the factory presets to fix the issue with accesing the On Saber menu? What is the correct way to do this/ reset this?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Looks like the board isn't registering the stab motion. I've found a short, sharp motion away from the blade end has the desired effect most of the time... short video:

Anyway, the board seems to register the "draw back and stop" part of the stab motion, rather than the "thrust" part, so you might try holding the saber vertical in one hand, and pressing and holding the switch with that hand. Then gently tapping the pommel upward with the other hand. This triggers the font selection menu both Diamond sabers I have available.

tried it your way- no dice still.

I’m going to reset the factory defaults, make the menu and stab more sensitive, and see if that works- again, my thanks!

Ok, I have tried dropping the sensitivity for various gestures up and down etc- the oly Onboard Saber menu option I can sometimes get is the volume adjust.

If I barely touch the switch it goes into lock up mode (anything that is not a quick press- even a light press on the switch will trigger the lockup effect).

Diagnose shows no errors.  I wonder  if there is a sensor being triggered inadvertently- what causes the lockup mode to trigger when you are trying to access the menu?

Just to close out thread- Ultrasabers fixed the issue, I believe it was hardware related. Saber is back and good to go!
