I ordered this and it came a few weeks ago. I love it! However when doing the video review I noticed that the retention screw was missing (addressed in the next review video I will do). I immediately reached out to Ultrasabers customer service and received help the next morning. I received my other new saber (review to be posted tonight) today and saw that 3 retention screws were included. I only point this out to show how responsive Ultrasabers' customer service is. I received help the next morning and received what I needed when my other order shipped out.
