Lock up after menu related gestures

Good morning!

I’ve been trying to figure out why I cannot get into the Onboard Menu for my Diamond Saber- and thanks by the way to everyone who has helped, btw!

So, basically, it seems like my saber goes straight into lockup mode after every menu gesture- ie., hold button, stab, release button- no font menu, no tag, just straight to lock up.

So, any idea what could be going on here? Diagnosis shows no errors, so I am guessing (and I am new to all tthis, this is my first saber) a sensor being triggered in error, power switch gettig stuck or not working properly, or a similar hardware issue.

Can someone explain how the lock up is suppossed to work in case there is something else to try before I return it for service?
