Hello!

So I just bought a double Phantom Initiate V3 and it arrived in the mail today. But when I took it out of the package, one worked, the other did not. I checked the batteries so I know it wasn't an issue there (Li-Ion btw). Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot the wiring or is it better to just send it back for repairs?

Charge the batteries to a full charge. If it is still not working contact US.
