Love the copper paint touch up you've given your Dorinian, looks great! 1 DS point coming your way!

Just a quick question, how did you remove the fins from the pommel? I've unscrewed the tip off the pommel, but don't really want to use pliers to remove the fins, as I don't want to damage the fins. Any hints would be greatly appreciated!

I was afraid of the same thing. I did not use any metal to remove the fins, I used a old piece of wood dowel and a wood piece as a mallet. The wood is softer then the aluminum and should deform before damaging the fins.  Learned that trick from my gramps.
