I got my shipment notification last week and was having trouble with the link as well. I was provided an updated tracking link after contacting Ultrasabers/Marlena (who as we all know is awesome!). I actually received my 1st place saber and raffle entry saber today! My prize was....A Graflex w/ Emerald + Obsidian! I'll post pics/review in the proper thread tomorrow after spending some quality time with my new additions  |

We received our shipping notification yesterday and should have the saber in-hand tomorrow. The wife and I are excited to see what we won and can't wait to see pics from everyone else as well. It's exciting times |

I received my sabers today including the 1st Place one. It appears to be a Fulcrum with a silver/nickle button instead of the black one from the site. The batteries were dead so I have it charging now. It came with the longer 36in blade as well.
I'm excited since Fulcrum and Lost Gray were the two sabers I was considering next.
I've got a Consular, Guardian, and Initiate V2 from this order and a Dark Initiate from a Mystery Box awhile back. Go go saber collection!

checked primary, social, promotions AND spam folder and no notification that i wwon, but i see my name on the winners list, even took a screenshot of it and there i am in the third prize list, cant seem to figure out how to attach a picture to the forums though

You shouldn’t have to contact them and I suppose you can choose not to if you don’t want to. Since myself and several other people on the winners list did receive an email the day the results were announced, they clearly have been notifying people. Perhaps something went wrong in your case and a simple phone call could quickly clear it up. |
