Trying to find a suitable pattern would be difficult, but there are so many designs of fabric out there so definitely possible. Try any local fabric stores, then look online on sites like Ebay.

I was thinking of doing something similar with my Gray Robes: embroidering/sewing the Water Warrior rank in Aurebesh onto the tabards... I still need to check the design to see if it is feasible though...
