Author Topic: how can i getv my saber to recognize on my computer?????  (Read 3202 times)

when i got my sabers one of them would recognize and the other wouldnt, then when ultra put out the new software download i was able to configure and download the "ancient saber" font. i want to put that font on my second saber for my staff but whenever i plug it in my computer always gives me the device not recognized bpx in the bottom right corner, any help on getting my computer to actualy register it so i can download a new font??? thanks!

A bit more information may help get the ball running on this. What OS (Windows, MacOSX), and what version (XP, Vista, 7, etc) would be helpful.

did you close the obsidian program after changing the sounds on the first saber?  Was saber turned on and the usb connector completely in the socket of the saber?

yes, yes, and yes
iv tried reconecting multiple times and each time the usb was fully in place after i turned the saber on and it says not recognized before i can even open the launcher.

Will the obsidian program recognize the saber that you was able to change the font in?   And how old are the sabers (still within 90 days)?

yes the half of my staff i was able to edit the fons on still recognize like a diamond charm, but this half wont. and yes they arent even two weeks old. prob like 8 days.

Sounds to me like it is the obsidian board.  You need to send an email to Deep at either info@ultrasabers.com or shipping@ultrasabers.com.  In the email give your name, address info, customer ID number and the order number.  Also explain your problems.  I would also provide him with a hyperlink to this thread.  Since it is the weekend I would give Deep two or three days to respond.  In the mean time I would suggest that you hunt up a box (unless you still have the one from the order), cause you might have to send it back to them.
