I want diamond sabers for stage performance but the sound is way too low to be heard by the audience. Is it possible to connect Diamond sabers with external speakers so that sound is played through speakers with each saber move?

2 Problems with that is;

1) You would have to put in a booster to increase the signal, which also would increase any noise the sound card makes. The sound card only pushes so much volume without distortion.

2), The warranty would be voided and would not be able to send the saber in for repair if a problem occurred.

 If you solder, you technically could remove the speaker and add in a patch to a external speaker, or add a jack to the bottom of the saber and patch into the speaker cable.

How about instead checking out a wireless mic to a receiver, or even a phone with blutooth to a newer car system to see how it sounds that way? Little cost, no need to mod the saber and void the warranty?

Just throwing suggestions out.

maybe try getting a small lapel mic and run it through your sleeve and clip it on the cuff near the saber. then have that connected to a wireless transceiver that is connected to whatever

I would definitely try a mic mounted close to the speaker's end.  The saber is loud on it's own but within a crowd, no one can hear any saber
