Hey all, I have an issue and any help would be appreciated.

Not even a week ago, I received a Shock LE saber. Earlier today I turned it on, spun it once, and everything suddenly shut off. Both the LED and the Sound do not work, and the switch has no effect. The saber has seen next to zero use, What could be the problem?

Well, never mind. I messed with the internals a little bit and it all came back to life. Guess something was just loose. Thanks anyway!

Hi.  What you have shared sounds like everything to do with batteries... be it a battery becoming out of alignment in the housing or wearing down of the cell power.  You didn't mention what internals you ordered for your Shock.  Glad that the saber is working again.  Smiley
