Found these things yesterday. They are called Flow Rings. Near as I can tell, they are knockoff of something called a Toroflux. Fun little gizmos. A lot like an arm slinky. Put this together as a first attempt to do something interesting with them. Devo seemed appropriate. Yes...there is an inappropriately placed weed in the shot. Sorry about that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
