My next move is to add sound to my Dark Initiate V4 but unfortunately, I don't see any chassis' that would hold the electronics and fit my saber sold by US and I'm not sure if the two from TCSS would fit.  Anyone have any ideas or where to point me via PM if it's another brand?  I'm also not opposed to finding a way to keep them all together without one either as long as everything stays protected.  I tried searching but didn't come up with anything

Here's the TCSS one I found: http://www.ultrasabers.com/MPP-20-Chassis-Black-P1280.aspx

What electronics do you have? US Obsidian v3/v4 or diamond fit well in the hilt (I have this), so if it's non-US sound board, you would nominally need one from that maker. The chassis you tried to link won't work with US sound card without major mods, because of the type of card it was made for, same same with the battery & charge port.

Good to know, I plan on purchasing the US Obsodian V4.  That’s all I needed to know was that it’s going to fit. Thanks

That's definitely electrical tape.
I've used the same on a couple of mine

The Emerald LED driver has 2 daughter boards attached for 3 layers total, and it looks as if the soundcard has a pin connector that leads to the driver board. It feels as if the soundcard is glued to the battery holder, but the driver is not. If the battery pack wasn't in the center, I would put clear tubing over all of it as a cushion. AS it is, I may try and make a pvc shroud to over it and the 4 inches or so of wire to keep it isolated from the inner metal of the hilt. IT would have to be thin walled pvc though since there's not a lot of wiggle room in the hilt. A heftier hilt, say a EW, LG, may take a standard sized pvc pipe or similar material.
