I don't understand why we have to wait for eligible orders to ship until the end of the raffle. If you win something, then charge me for extra shipping, I don't care. If I had paid more attention and realized I would need to wait 10 days (or more) to get my order, just on the slim chance I'd win a prize, I would have opted out of the raffle.
I wish they'd said so (or said so more clearly somewhere? If the information is out there, I missed it), but overall I don't mind too bad. Luckily I didn't need the saber by a certain date or anything. |

It's in the bottom of the description of the raffle. It says that if you win a prize it will ship together with your order. Didn't notice until after I'd contacted customer service about it though. At least they responded super quickly.

You should've been around for the last holiday season rush, coupled with a very bad winter season made the wait somewhat agonizing to some. The weather affected everyone, way beyond the control of US, and that crazy demand for product. I recall someone mentioning a three to four foot stack of orders just for mystery boxes. It was a crazy time... But things have been so amazingly smooth as of late. My last two orders came to me within DAYS and that is awesome. But, late to the raffle, the longer the wait. So glad I pulled the trigger when I did. |

I’ve been lucky in that I got my Sabers immediately. I was lucky I because I hit on it immediately so there may not have been as many orders processed, so that may be it.

I ordered on 7/31 and got my order last week. I'm pretty sure I'm still in the raffle. I guess it makes more sense if you are closer to the raffle time to wait to make it one shipment?

Yeah, I'm sure they have some sort of in-house cut-off date or something. Luckily I'm getting mine for next summer's convention season (Origins, Gen Con, that sort of thing). I mean, I'll use it for Halloween and stuff before then, I'm sure, but I don't have any special plans for it for a good, uh, 11 months or so.  So I'm in the clear. |
