I purchased this saber during their Deal Of The Day sale and I'm glad I did. It'a a formidable looking saber and the blade color looks awesome in Blazing Red. The details on the hilt are outstanding and the thickness of the slanted emitter give it a durable and solid appearance. It measures 1.48 inches wide by 12.5 inches long.

I am loving mine as well! We had a large battle today, and both I and the padawans used it on and off. It handles well, and delivers strong quick strikes. It’s a great choice!!

I was told that it's a great handling saber and based on most reviews, most people use it for dueling.  Great review and beautiful saber, have a point.

I am wondering how you’re liking it so far? Have you been spinning it? Or perhaps doing some dueling?

I really like this saber a lot. Probably best used as a battle axe type weapon due to it's grip handle strength. You can swing it with full power or block attacks with confidence. I tried spinning it, but I favor the two handed style hold for this saber better.

Would someone please post the measurement for how deep the blade goes in to the emitter at the lowest part of the slanted emitter.  Also is there any blade movement and internal saber rattling when in use.  Thanks. Smiley

D7, I just measured mine and it about 1.75 inch from top of LED to lowest curve of emitter.  No blade movement and no rattle when blade is all the way in with retention screw secured.  It seems a very sturdy dueler which is what I plan to use my stunt DSI for.

My first and still favorite saber. Although I'm forced to say I prefer without the vertical grooves.

And I second no rattle or blade movement, even after prolonged abuse hard full speed sparring.

VERY NICE!
I have the same setup on mine and I like it very much. This saber is a work horse and very underrated IMO. I have added a cover tech and a 2nd retention screw and now I have 2 red thumb screws holding the blade. I have dueled with this saber many times and had no problems. The vertical grooves improve the grip greatly.
If the silver one was available with the vertical grooves in an LE version, I would own it too.  Grin

Hi.  Did you add the extra retention screw yourself and if not please share the steps for requesting this when placing an order.  Does it go below or above the first one ?  Thanks.  Smiley
