They got back to me! I will be sending my Chosen One in for repair. Anyone know how to take the blade off? I’m slowly learning more about my saber, so I want to make sure I’m doing it right! Thanks all!

Should be a small set screw somewhere or maybe the thumb screws too, like on the wider section of the shroud. Never had a Chosen One so I wouldn't know anything about that one. Most sabers has a small set screw though in the blade section of the saber

From what I can find the hex head screw is for blade retention, the thumb screws are just for show. It takes a larger wrench than the ones used for Initiate, Aeon and the like, ALL US set screws are U.S. standard, not metric.

Electrum Wind uses the larger wrench also, fyi. I do not have my allen wrench set atm (left them at work) so I cannot tell you the size, as the wrenches that came with it are not size identified.
