I have been having issues with a purchase, I tried emailing in which only made the issue more compounded, I tried calling in and the person kept telling me to email in. Is there anyway to talk to an actual person so I can get this issue resolved and then maybe place my 2nd order?

The only thing we can suggest is that you e-mail. Sorry, but that's all we have. This is a community forum, 99.99% of the people registered on this forum have no connection to Ultrasabers, other than ordering awesome sabers from them.

well that is a bummer, the one saber ordered for my 6 yr old might be the only one we get.
