The Raffle doesn't end until 9/10/2018 so they won't announce it until the 11th but it can be anytime that day or night since they have until 11:59 PM to do so. You'll receive an email if you won something and they will create a Winners thread in the Announcement section of this forum.

Basically, any mods to a prize beyond the base level model are charged to the winner.
This was how I got my Raven staff with V4 sound and in SY
