Here is my third prize hilt, an Aeon V4 with a blazing red blade. I added some of my own touches to it, I put O-rings on the grooved sections of the hilt to dress it up a little and make it slightly more dark sided. I gifted this to my daughter and she cosplays a sith so its fitting with the red blade. I am thinking of buying one of these for myself with a Guardian blue blade. I had no idea which hilt I had won until it arrived, but it is an awesome saber, and would look perfect with a blue blade. Nevermind, seeing as how photobucket wont accept my password, and wont send me a new one, I cant post the pics. Thanks US for another great lightsaber.
What size ORings are those? |

They are all 1/8 cross section. the 4 at the front are 1 1/4 ID and the 5 near the pommel are 1 5/16 ID. Now, had I been able to find some 3/16 cross section o-rings I would have used those near the pommel as the machined grooves were a little wider there and i think they would have fit better and look better. Gonna order some unless my daughter likes it as is. |

Yes, if I was keeping this I would be changing the pommel, but as I gave it to my daughter, the rest of the customization is up to her. As did the jedi, customization is what make each saber our own starting at the ordering process. |
