I would definitely look at TPLA for footwork. You seem to bounce to spin on your feet. Proper footwork will not only strengthen muscles when practiced properly, but also take less shocking muscle movements that lead to lost balance and sudden needed correction. Take it from a mutant like me born with clubbed feet that lack flexibility and has constant Achilles issues.

your right, I think its fear of the staff I hit myself a few times. I see exactly what you mean, each 1 of my steps my foot is supposed to be 45 degrees knee over 100 on each leg and then pivot on ball next foot in 45.  I don't do this with kali sticks or empty hands. I did notice my legs looked weird but I didn't even bother to look at my feet 😥.  I'll try again in a few days point for helping me thank you😀

I'm getting my foot work in maybe 70% since we last spoke. I just need the patterns down perfectly before I feel I can combine  https://youtu.be/_A6MRMHxGh8
