I don't see it in the store. I think Emory mentioned something about selling it separately in the video. You can always e-mail customer service and ask if you can buy one.

What SFD said.  I rewatched the intro video for the Spectre and Emory only mentions the pommel being available for sale. I would contact US and ask if they'll sell it to you.  Keep in mind that even if they would, it all depends on supply and demand and this saber is fairly new with lots of orders being made for it.

I tried to buy a new emitter since mine was broken on delivery.  They said they don't sell the emitter separately.

If it was broken on delivery, then it should be covered under warranty.
