Created a thread in the customization section of the forum since I had to remove all of the electronics due to them being damaged from spinning.  Here's a test video after I turned it into an empty hilt with just the blade

Believe it or not, it was 55 degrees when I was spinning which wasn’t bad.

Thanks man, I appreciate it.  I didn’t realized how easily the spins transferred to the staff like Sam mentioned until I tried it.

 I woke up, went to the gym, worked out, ran a few miles, came home and spun for a bit.  It was cold and windy so I didn't spin for very long since I was still drenched in sweat.


Since several members enjoyed my staff spinning, here's some more staff moves.  Also, it's the first thing that I spin from Samhain's recommendation that's got me doing the Reverse Grip Eclipse without thinking about it on my right hand.  I like spinning with the staff too, it feels really good to spin it and helps aide me with learning to be aware of both blades at all times

Saber tosses.  Doing for tosses along with adding in Reverse Grip tosses as well.  Nothing fancy though, just front tosses to get a feel for it.

Reverse Grip Eclipse and some chained moves in between to get the flow of how things are going together.  I can't enough of the Reverse Grip Eclipse now that it's one of the first moves that I do whenever I pick up my saber.  This is my favorite move and I owe Sam a lot of gratitude and appreciation for helping get it right

Pick up a saber and just spin whether it's 45 seconds or 15 minutes.  Get up, get out (or stay in) and just spin for a bit.  You don't have to over do it either, try spinning for a few minutes here and there throughout the day to get a feel for it.  I just want to see people spin and get into the groove.  Also, do share your videos!  

Participate in the Spin Wars even if you only have a few seconds, this is what sabering is all about. I want to get a lot of people involved so that Darth Cephalus will have quite a bit of content to work with.  I'll see y'all at the Spin Wars!

Oh, I believe it. 55 isn't bad. We were up in that territory for a few days, but we're about to be back down into the 30s and 20s. Still, you see idiots people in shorts in those temperatures and colder.
