Due to work having network issues and I'm the only network guy that's in, I've been working on getting each employee back on the network one laptop at a time from various offices since 0600 this morning and didn't get to post my videos. Thankfully, I already recorded some. AM Flows Sorry...Working on strikes and seeing what I like and how to incorporate them into my flows Sorry...Video 149. Nice strikes. I like the wrap around the head strike a lot. I l also like the downward strike at 0:49 and the sick palm spin at 0:57. |
