Been busy this morning and my HQ is rebuilding our cubicle are so I have to work closer to my boss in a different area which has no room for spinning. Figure I’d at least do something different while spinning tonight.

I know it's been a bit since I've been on any site or submitted any videos. Had some family things that I had to take care of so I was off from work and most of the internet for some time. I'm back though

I'm back!!!! Well, mostly.  I only had enough energy to make one video this morning after driving 30 miles in really bad rain... Just kidding, I'm not going to use the rain as an excuse, I'm still weak from the flu but at least the recovery is going.
