I was wondering if it were possible to get a hilt with an exposed crystal in the hilt. Possibly even one that lights when ignited.

Not such a critter available as yet from Ultrasabers.
That may be partly due to the fact that these 'exposed crystal' sabers tend to not hold up as well to the stresses of dueling, which seems to be the main focus for Ultrasaberrs

Therion hit it on the head.  Reveal sabers are more on the display side.  US focuses on "battle ready". Smiley

Agreed, minus a few sabers, US mainly prides on battle ready and spinning sabers than displayed ones.

As previously stated by our knowledgeable forum users, UltraSabers are "The Combat Lightsaber Specialists". As such, you currently need to seek the "other guys" for a crystal reveal saber.

There's nothing wrong with a saber hilt intended only for display, I think some of those are very cool. I have an extensive collection of Star Wars memorabilia that is for display only.

Should they wish to expand, I think UltraSabers definitely has the craftsmanship to pull this off. In the saber selection portion of the website, they could just add a "display" section to the drop down menu and offer a product like this. I'd certainly consider grabbing one.
