Is that the right launcher for a v3 sound board?

V3 or V4, either way. Diamond and Emerald as well.
Sounds like you need to update, though. It's on version 2.45 now

The update thing in the program itself doesn't seem to work.

I have a V3 in my Shock and 2.45 works great with it.

Yeah, that v1.03 threw me off. Therion and SFD are correct, the current version is 2.45 which I have installed on mine.  Keep in mind that there's an update if you have the Diamond controller which it will tell you when you launch the app anyhow.

Yes, it is. Racona Nova updated the post a while back to include the 2.45 launcher.
