New Raven just received, sound issue?

I just received my new Raven SS With V4 sound tonight. Amazing looking saber! However, I noticed there is a sound issue with the saber. There is some crackling noise and even some clicking and popping noises occurring. The popping and clicking sound seems to happen at random and can also be produced when pressing the button, or shaking the hilt. The crackling seems to be constant, but varies in intensity.

Will I need to return the saber for repair due to wiring fault or is there some troubleshooting I can do in my end?

I own many sabers, so I'm certain these aren't intended sounds.

There's nothing wrong with the saber.  It's actually the sound font that has the pops and noises in them.  A great way to test is if you download a free sound font from this page:  http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?board=36.0

You'll see that the pops and noises are gone.  Those are just default sound fonts anyhow as the board is meant for you to change them out however you like.
