Thanks man, learning more techniques and trying to get into different throws. I have a great teacher. I practice at work, when I travel, at home, inside, outside (preferably). This was at my company HQ early this AM but I normally practice in my workroom in my Dallas office. Looks like I have competition now.  |

I began to learn it alone to do some fire spinning I posted it on YouTube few years ago yes lol I use 3 section staff, I'm good at spinning forward and underarm besides the easy stuff I can also turn but currently working on spinning at the same time of doing a 360 degree spin. I can do up to 3 360s while in spin with my staff so it must be possible. I had a hard time last year turning in spin with just the staff but now I can do 360s🤣 I can turn while spinning the 3 section. I'll check your YouTube if I can manage to find it I'm a white belt on the computer lol |
