I was trying to get it to connect to my computer, so I could update the pulse settings and it slipped off my desk and hit the ground.

It came as the last bad bit of a horrible weekend, due to my medication running out on thursday and it couldn't get refilled because the psychiatrist forgot to update my "script."

That sucks....but I agree with Rap and the others, Marlena will be able to help you. A broken port is one of the few things you can't fix on your own Undecided
