Hello everyone. Been a while. So to make this quick as possible...
I've had all my saber stuff in a box for the better part of a year after moving. Haven't charged my batteries in that time. Now I've plug my charger in and it lights up and seems to be ok yet my to in batteries dont seem to charge. The charger just continues to read 0% on both batteries.

It may actually be the batteries. Especially if they have also sat for that long
I had a set like that, that wouldn't charge at all.
Another, newer set worked in the charger just fine
