Curious about how long reward points for posting reviews take to post? Does UltraSabers reply to reviews or just award points?

Your should get an email saying they've approved the video, then the points should appear shortly thereafter.
At least that's how it has worked for the couple I've done

Yeah - I can't remember exactly how long it took, as it was a while ago for me. 

Likely a bit though.  I think it's only one person in charge of that, and there's likely lots of vids to watch...
