I got the Dark Catalyst at Dragoncon, and while the general shape and size of it is excellent, especially the pinched-in area near the emitter being perfect for the grip I learned to use, my one complaint is that, with only one blade retention screw, the blade gets really wiggly really quickly. Are there any emitters compatible with the Dark Catalyst that have multiple blade retention screws in a stable array?

You can contact customer service on how to have extra retention screws added to a hilt or emitter. There's a charge for it, something like $10 per hole.

That's the only way for the Catalysts. It has an MHS emitter, but it can't be swapped with other emitters because the LED sits inside the emitter and not below it. All other sabers with MHS have their LED below the emitter, only the Cat has that special setup.
