the diaphragm  of my saber speaker came off and I am looking at replacing it, would i be able to simply reinsert and glue in the diaphragm that fell off or is there any wiring or anything that would need to be replaced?

Based on what you described, I would just replace the speaker, they're inexpensive and only have a positive and negative wire for you to disconnect and solder to the new speaker. You can always try gluing it back and see if it works though.

It won't hurt to try gluing it back.  Just be careful to only put glue on the very edge, and out of the area that vibrates.
